At present, there are many TMT (top management team) conflicts happening in the process of its establishment and operation. To solve this problem, inthe paper, some causes and types of the decisionmaking conflicts are analyzedin detail. At the same time, we introduce decisionmaking coefficient and the different solutions to the unity decisionmaking are systemically analyzed by themending model sort of preferences so as to achieve the state balance and defuse the conflicts of the TMT.
