The paper takes CSSCI's citation data from 2000 to 2007 as the data sources and recommends 77 kinds of domestic works which have the most academic influence in the field of management studies from the citations of management papers. In the paper, these 77 kinds of domestic works have been given the brief introduction respectively, and combined with the theme of source documents of theseworks, we makes detailed analysis of citations of these works to exhibit their impact on the management study in China.
