Abstract:The thoughts of “He”, “Bian” and “Yong” thought are deeply rooted in the Chinese cultural classics and Chinese “routine life”. Based the Chinese cultural foundation on “He”, “Bian” and “Yong”, the study puts forward the connotation and dimensions on “He”, “Bian” and “Yong” in light of the indigenous management thoughts and dimensions. Then, the outstanding management practice of Huawei Company confirms the attainability, utility and effectiveness of the “He”, “Bian” and “Yong” thoughts. Lastly, with the help of Potter’s theory of the value chain, the exploratory models and methodology of the “He”, “Bian” and “Yong” thought are proposed, which suggests that they could be embedded in the enterprise management practice.
