Abstract：Combining the research experience of applying the grounded theory and the literature of grounded theory, the article compared three grounded theory schools and integrated the quantitative and qualitative methods. By basing on grounded spirit, following the constructivist’s approach of grounded theory, using the classical grounded theory’s data analysis process as main structure, regarding the causality of proceduralised grounded theory as auxiliary structure, and taking cognitive map as a tool, the article creatively puts forward a Chinese indigenous management theory building paradigm which is called as “Chinese Management Grounded Research Paradigm”, in order to offer an operable tool to construct Chinese indigenous management theory, to push forward the development of Chinese management research grounding on the practice, and to bridge the conversation between Chinese and western management research communities.
