The 2015 Symposium of the 2nd Indigenous Management Research in China was held at School of Economics and Management, Wuhan University, on June 27th and June 28th, 2015. This forum under the theme of “The Innovation of Management Theory in Economic Transition” is a further collective academic discourse of China indigenous management research,with topics of the theory of Chinese management, the Chinese theory of management and cultural infusion. With regard to these three main topics, scholars in this forum discussed the construction and innovation of indigenous management theory in the context of China economic transition. According to plenary lectures, special seminars, conference papers and live communication in this forum, a systemic review on main academic viewpoints is offered in this paper.
