Abstract：With rapid development of science and technology, personal behavior motivation is no longer the pure psychological need. Altruistic motivation and the expansion of the concept of self to the reaction of different target and reward will replace narrow the concept of self. It means that individual psychological motivation will show the structural characteristics and the hierarchy of diversification, people’s behavior standard value will also change from maximizing the economic benefit of economic interests to the comprehensive value rationalization. Therefore, it becomes more and more speculative to propose knowledge sharing research theory based on different humanity hypothesis. This paper tries to follow the thought under different humanity hypothesis to research the basis of knowledge sharing theory for exploration of the future trend of the research in this area.
