一种问题驱动的隐性知识获取方法研究

摘要从隐性知识的内涵和基本特征出发，以“知行合一”的实践论为思想基础，以实际工作中遇到的问题及其解决过程为切入点，提出一种问题驱动的隐性知识获取方法。结合认知科学的研究成果，在深入分析问题解决中的认知结构和问题情境的基础上，构建融合个人化与情境化特性的问题空间模型，以最大限度地保留隐性知识的完备性，并以问题空间为概念性框架，建立开放式的隐性知识获取与持续成长的过程模型。此外，以某轿车厂冲压车间的生产线停机问题为例，将提出的方法应用于实践，说明其科学性和有效性。

Abstract：Based on the concept and characteristic of tacit knowledge, according to the theory of practice, this study proposed a method of problemdriven tacit knowledge acquisition. With the research findings of cognitive science, after analyzing cognitive structure and problem situation for problem solving, a problem space model is constructed to keep the completeness of tacit knowledge. Based on the problem space model, an open model for tacit knowledge acquisition process is presented. Finally, a case study of a car facility production line problem is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.
