Abstract：Alienation of management theory in application is one of the important factors that lead to external utility to reduce. The main reasons for alienation of management theory in application including: the private gains motivation for managers, the managers ’selective preference, enterprisetasking environment pressure, and the “opportunism” success of the alienation practice. Lastly, it is necessary for guarding against the alienation in application to introduce the mechanism of action science, develop the transformational leadership and establish the learning organization.
