摘要基于第8届中国?实践?管理论坛的会议背景，首先，对2010～2017年历届中国?实践?管理论坛进行了回顾分析；然后，根据本次论坛主题，结合大会报告和企业实践研讨交流，从转型期中国的管理研究和管理实践的角度展开述评。最后，对中国?实践?管理论坛未来的发展进行了展望。

Abstract：Targeting at the series forums of “China, Practice, Management”, this article reviewed and analyzed the outcomes of all the previous forums held from 2010 to 2017. In particular, this article focused on the theme of the 8th forum by looking at the plenary sessions and business practice reported, and then commented on the management research and enterprise practices of China in the transforming period. Finally, it indicated the future development of the forum of“China, Practice, Management”.
