Abstract:Focusing on BM of Chinese agriculture IOT enterprises, this article explore the logic, typology and forming mechanism of the BM. Taking two typical agriculture IOT companies as cases study, this article analyzes inner logic of the enterprises BM from the perspective of value. Moreover, it distinguishes two types of BM, which is contingency type and leverage type. The forming of the two different BMs is determined by strategic motive, firm resource and industrial environment.
