Abstract:Now secondgeneration migrant workers are facing embarrassment of multiple identification,so one of common challenges which many enterprise managers face is how to improve the job embeddedness of secondgeneration migrant workers. Through the survey on secondgeneration migrant workers, the study finds that the relationship between organization justice and job embeddedness changes with different level of multiple identification of farmers, workers and organization, so the key to solve the multiple identity problem is to highlight the employee’s organizational identification. The research successfully took identity as antecedent variable and put it into forecast model of job embeddedness, and then expanded analysis framework of job embeddedness. The result is helpful for enterprise managers to find the solution to achieving longterm development of secondgeneration migrant workers in the organization.
