Innovation network-oriented, by united considering the technologically cooperative innovation mode for the interenterprises and the “Industry-University-Institute”, the dynamic game model with the mode selection among the enterprise technology alliance and one kind of “Industry-University-Institute” cooperative innovation is established. Depending on some equilibrium parameters such as the input scale, input proportion among innovators, product price and innovation profits, the resource-sharing condition for inter-enterprises or enterprise-high college aiming at making cooperative innovation was explored. The effective selection between the two modes, namely technologylicensing mode and the joint ventures one for the integrated innovation mode with the “Industry-University-Institute” was researched. The evolution process and the condition from the enterprise research joint venture mode to the integrated innovation mode with the “Industry-University-Institute” were also explored. Among the most of the theoretical explorations having been researched concerning the cooperative innovation modes, the inter-enterprises and the “Industry-University-Institute” cooperative innovation mode is divided in order to explain the mechanism with each other. The kinds and the effective selection the “Industry-University-Institute” cooperative innovation mode were also studied.
