Abstract: Objective To understand the research status and trend of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy (CCBT) at home and abroad in the past decade (2012-2022), and provide reference for clinical development of CCBT in China. Methods We search the Web of Science (WOS) as the English literature source and China National Knowledge Network (CNKI) , and Wanfang Data as the Chinese literature source. Literature pertaining to CCBT published between January 1, 2012 and March 31, 2022 were retrieved. The bibliometric atlas was analyzed by CiteSpace6.1R3 software. Results A total of 73 pieces of Chinese literature and 1,449 pieces of English literature were collected. The annual number of publications in both English and Chinese increased year by year. More scientific research output and close cooperation were found in foreign developed countries, while Chinese scholars started late in this field, with limited influence. Co-incidence analysis showed that the research focus of CCBT at home and abroad included clinical improvement of anxiety, depression, insomnia and other symptoms, and the research focus shifted from patients with mental illness to those with physical disorders, the use of mobile devices and the concept of “digital health”. Conclusion CCBT is effective for improving anxiety, depression and other symptoms of clinical patients, and it is an effective assistant for clinical mental and psychological nursing. Future development of CCBT will be integrated with health care. CCBT tools suitable for Chinese people to improve individual mental health should be developed with the advantages of 5G technology and smartphone penetration in China.
