Keywords in tumor immunotherapy nursing: a visual analysis

Abstract: Objective To analyze the current statsu and hotspots of tumor immunotherapy nursing at home and abroad, and to provide reference for improving the quality of tumor immunotherapy nursing service. Methods We retrieved databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data, Sinomed, VIP and Web of Science for literature on tumor immunotherapy nursing from January 2002 to July 2022. We collected 434 Chinese articles and 500 English ones. The Citespace was used to analyze the number of publications and author cooperation network, and the co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis of keywords were conducted. Results The number of publications at home and abroad showed an upward trend, and the cooperative relationship among authors needs to be strengthened. Keyword clustering results focused on three aspects of immunotherapy and cancer types, immunotherapy-related adverse events, and patient-reported outcomes. Foreign research tend to focus on prognosis, but domestic research on qualitative research. Conclusion At present, with the rapid development of nursing research in tumor immunotherapy, domestic scholars needs to cooperate with their foreign counterparts. Nursing hotspots of tumor immunotherapy focus on nursing characteristics of different immunotherapies, the grading management of immune-related adverse events, and the improvement of patient-reported outcomes. The prognostic and related qualitative study of patients in tumor immunotherapy is an emerging field and needs to be further studied.
