护士经历护理中断事件真实体验的Meta整合

摘要： 目的 系统评价护士经历护理中断事件的真实体验的质性研究。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL（EBSCO）、Web of Science、Cochrane、ProQuest、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学数据库、维普,搜索相关质性研究,其主题为护理中断事件经历者的感受及体验。建库至2023年1月是检索时限。文献质量评价标准采用JBI循证卫生保健中心评价标准（2016年版）,并采用汇集性Meta整合方法对结果进行归纳和整合。结果 共纳入9项研究,提炼出43个结果,归为8个新类别,合为3个整合结果。护理中断事件的不良后果,包括干扰护士的正常工作、增加护士工作压力;护理中断事件的发生原因,包括患者及家属因素、医护人员相关因素、管理相关因素;护理中断事件的应对策略,包括中断事件风险评估、护士的能力及经验、恢复被中断工作连续性。结论 本研究归纳分析护理中断事件的不良后果、发生原因及应对策略,护理中断事件对护士造成心理压力,需为经历中断事件的护士提供针对性的心理支持,建立护理中断事件发生原因评估机制,并对中断事件进行风险评估,加强护士能力培训及经验总结。
