护理信息安全的研究进展

摘要： 目的 探讨护理信息安全领域的非法访问和数据泄露等主要问题,并提出相应的解决对策,为进一步保障护理信息安全提供参考依据。方法 检索国内外相关文献,基于护理信息安全的概念框架,从物理、技术和管理三个方面对收集的文献资料进行总结归纳和问题分析。结果 护理信息物理安全受环境因素和信息设备故障影响,护理信息数据的机密性、完整性和可用性受到黑客病毒和技术缺陷的威胁。此外,护士对信息安全认知普遍不足,且在护理工作中缺乏标准化的信息安全行为规范。结论 构建多层次、全方位的护理信息安全问题解决方案至关重要,包括加强物理设施防护、提升技术安全防范措施、优化管理制度和增强护士信息安全意识。未来研究应探索如何建立一个综合性的护理信息安全保障体系,以适应不断变化的医疗信息环境。
