慢性病患者主要照顾者需求及影响因素研究进展

摘要： 目的 论述慢性病患者主要照顾者需求的影响因素,为制定科学、规范的干预措施提供理论参考。方法 通过全面检索文献,总结归纳国内外关于慢性病患者主要照顾者需求影响因素的最新研究进展。结果 影响慢性病患者照顾者的因素包括患者人口学因素、疾病与治疗阶段和患者身心状况,照顾者因素包括照顾者人口学因素（性别、年龄、文化程度、工作状况、与患者的关系、经济状况）,身心状况,照顾情况（照顾时间、负担、经验）和社会支持。结论 慢性病患者主要照顾者需求满足状况较差,建议结合患者和照顾者个体差异,照顾者身心状况、照顾情况、社会支持等特点,实施个体化干预措施,提高照顾者的需求满足状况,以提高照顾者的生活质量,改善照顾者的照护质量。
