域外护理-法律跨专业整合的实践进展与借鉴——以美国、英国和澳大利亚实践为例

摘要： 目的 探讨美国、英国和澳大利亚的护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式,为我国构建护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式提供借鉴。方法 以美国、英国和澳大利亚的护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式为研究对象,检索有关文献,总结域外护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式的运行模式及效果,并基于我国国情,提出我国构建护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式的建议。结果 护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式将护理服务和法律服务整合起来,在降低医疗成本、健康促进、提升护理职业的政策影响力等方面发挥了重要作用。结论 我国在建立护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式时,需从建立护理-法律职业共同体、设置跨专业协作指南等方面入手,构建富有中国特色的护理-法律跨专业整合机制。
