结直肠癌幸存者情绪调节策略在病耻感与社会疏离水平的中介效应

摘要： 目的探讨认知重评策略、表达抑制策略在社会疏离与病耻感的中介效应。方法 2022年2—11月,采用便利抽样法,选取在3所三级甲等医院就诊的317例结直肠癌幸存者作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、结直肠癌幸存者社会疏离感量表、社会影响量表、情绪调节策略问卷对进行调查,构建并检验中介模型。结果结直肠癌幸存者社会疏离总分53.00（46.00,59.00）分,病耻感总分61.00（52.00,68.00）分,表达抑制策略得分18.00（14.00,23.00）,认知重评策略得分21.00（17.00,30.00）;结直肠癌幸存者社会疏离与病耻感（r_s=0.281,P<0.01）、表达抑制策略（r_s=0.685,P<0.01）呈正相关,与认知重评策略（r_s=-0.776,P<0.01）呈负相关;认知重评策略、表达抑制策略在病耻感与社会疏离起到部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.161,中介效应占总效应的60.5%。结论结直肠癌幸存者社会疏离水平较高,情绪调节策略在病耻感与社会疏离水平间起到部分中介作用。医护人员要关注结直肠癌幸存者社会疏离水平,采取针对性的干预措施,以促进结直肠癌幸存者融入社会,提高其生存质量。
