医务人员卫生保健相关后悔的现状及应对策略研究

摘要： 目的 概述医务人员卫生保健相关后悔现状及其应对策略研究进展,为我国医务人员的卫生保健相关后悔及应对策略的评估提供借鉴。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从医务人员卫生保健相关后悔的现状、测量工具、对医务人员的影响等方面进行综述。结果 医务人员的卫生保健相关后悔目前测量工具有强度量表和应对量表等。同时,卫生保健相关后悔对医务人员产生的影响主要体现在情绪困扰、身心健康与工作应对态度等方面。结论 卫生保健相关后悔目前已有相应的评估体系和相关的影响研究,但是目前在评估准确度和应对策略有效性上还存在一些不足,需要尽快通过相关研究进行完善,加强对医务人员的卫生保健相关后悔带来的负面影响进行疏导,并建立完善的应对体系。
