癌症患者临终关怀偏好的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对癌症患者临终关怀偏好的相关内容进行综述,为临床开展相关工作提供参考。方法回顾国内外相关研究,从癌症患者临终关怀偏好的护理地点、死亡地点和临终护理目标及影响因素进行综述。结果癌症患者临终关怀偏好的护理地点和死亡地点包括家、医院和临终关怀机构或疗养院,大多数患者首选在家接受护理和死亡;临终护理目标包括提高生活质量和延长生命;影响因素包括年龄、性别、文化程度、疾病因素、文化宗教及支持因素等。结论未来应构建多学科、全方面的临终关怀支持网络系统,根据患者的临终关怀偏好进行合理分流,提高以患者为中心的临终关怀质量。
