摘要: 目的 调查护士长决策疲劳现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2021年12月—2022年1月选取山东省某三级甲等医院的126名护士长为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、决策疲劳量表、护士长工作环境量表对其进行调查。采用多重逐步回归分析护士长决策疲劳影响因素。结果 本组护士长决策疲劳总分为13.00(11.00,15.00)分。多重逐步回归结果显示学历、任职护士长年限、自评性格、上班期间午休时长、与护士之间的关系、充足的人力和物力进入回归方程(P<0.05),可解释护士长决策疲劳总变异的79.3%。结论 本组护士长的决策疲劳处于中等水平,学历、任职护士长年限、自评性格、上班期间午休时长、充足的人力和物力、与护士之间的关系是决策疲劳的主要影响因素。医院管理者应优化护士长工作环境,制定缓解决策疲劳的应对策略,针对性地开展领导决策相关培训,减轻护士长决策疲劳水平,为提高护士长决策质量提供有力保障。
