肝移植受者术前预康复的研究进展

摘要: 目的 对肝移植受者术前预康复内容进行综述,为开展肝移植受者术前预康复研究提供参考。方法 相关文献并进行梳理,从预康复概念、肝移植受者进行术前预康复的原因、肝移植受者术前预康复内容进行综述。结果 肌肉减少症、营养不良、衰弱是肝移植受者术前常见的症状,均与移植前死亡率密切相关,可通过术前预康复措施预防或改善。肝移植受者术前预康复措施主要包括:运动干预、营养干预及心理干预3方面,术前进行每周3次(每次40~70 min)中等强度的有氧训练联合抗阻运动,同时给予营养支持确保达到能量摄入30~35 kCal/kg·d及蛋白质1.2~1.5 g/kg·d,并且进行多学科协作的心理社会支持。结论 肝移植受者术前预康复措施可改善肝移植受者的机体功能,提高生活质量。目前,国内无相应的规范,有待通过循证研究制定适合肝移植受者的术前预康复措施,并应用于临床。
