159 Pathway to Actors’ Resources in Innovation Ecosystem——Multi Case Analysis from the Perspective of Social Embeddedness
ZHAO Yixuan,CHENG Qiongwen,LU Siyu,GUO Bowu
Participants join the innovation ecosystem to create value with core enterprises, which can effectively alleviate the constraints of shortage of innovation resources; however, as ecological participants, they face the practical problem of “how to rely on core enterprises to obtain external resources without losing independent competitive advantages”. In this regard, based on the social embeddedness theory, this study focuses on the organizational situation of the innovation ecosystem, selects four typical participants in the “smart home ecosystem” led by Midea as case samples, conducts multi-case analysis, and excavates the participants’ ability and network path to achieve resource acquisition. The study found that ecological participants (intermediaries and complementors) have two resource needs, namely technology-oriented needs and market-oriented needs; for different needs, corresponding combined network embeddedness strategies can be adopted to achieve mutual benefit, symbiosis and development among multiple actors.

171 Research on Value Co-Creation Mechanism of Service Platform for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Digital Economy——A Case Study Based on ZBJ.COM
ZHAO Quanwu,YOU Qianru,YANG Xi,LONG Mei
Based on the platform of ZBJ.COM, this study puts forward the multi-agent value co-creation mechanism model of small and medium-sized micro-enterprise service platform using the exploratory single case study method. The findings are as follows:①Platform enterprises strive to maximize user value as value promoters and co-creators, and play a supporting role in the whole value co-creation activities through the forms of value proposition, value commitment, value promotion and value transmission;②Participants take turns to take on the roles of “conductor” and “linkage” to expand the system node relationship; ③The multi-agent relationship of the platform presents the three-stage characteristics of “connection—linkage—association”, and according to the main line of value, the comprehensive value creation process of the platform follows the core logic of “value activation—value aggregation—value diffusion”.

181 The Impact of Perceived Organizational Support and Perceived Environmental Uncertainty on Continuous Participation Intention of Service Providers
HE Zhiwei,SUN Xinbo
Under the guidance of social information processing theory, this study investigates the influence of perceived organizational support on the continuous participation intention of service providers in task-based crowdsourcing platforms and the moderating effects of perceived environmental uncertainty. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed on 336 valid questionnaires to validate the theoretical model. The results of the study indicate a significant positive effect of perceived organizational support of the service providers on the willingness to continuous participation. Psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and continuous participation intention. The intensity of perceived environmental dynamics and hostility moderate the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment. At the same time, these factors also moderate the mediating role of perceived organizational support in influencing continuous participation intention through psychological empowerment.

191 The Effect of Underperformance on the Abnormal Positive Tone of Firms’ Annual Report
JIANG Shaojing,PENG Yichen,PENG Jisheng
Few studies have considered that underperformance also may induce improper behaviors of firms. Moreover, most studies ignore that the connotations of historical and social aspirations are not the same. Using the data of A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2019, we make an empirical analysis and draw the following conclusions. With the increase of historical underperformance, the abnormal positive tone of corporate annual reports will be significantly reduced, but with the increase of social underperformance, the abnormal positive tone of corporate annual reports will increase significantly. Internal control defects and external governance can moderate the relationship between underperformance and annual report abnormal positive tone.

200 The Effect and Mechanism of Subordinates’ Receiving and Needing Leader Humor Fit on Their Job Performance
QIU Xunjie,YU Guilan
Based on person-environment fit theory and conservation of resources theory, from a bilateral leader-subordinate perspective, through 291 leader-subordinate pairing data, this study explored the impact of subordinates’ receiving and needing leader humor fit on their job performance, as well as the mediating role of subordinates’ emotional exhaustion and the moderating role of leader political skill, using polynomial regression and response surface analysis methods. The results show that: the more misfit of subordinates’ receiving and needing for leader humor, the more subordinates’ emotional exhaustion will result; in the case of leader humor misfit, the level of subordinates’ emotional exhaustion is higher when there is excessive humor compared to insufficient humor; leader humor fit received and needed by subordinates affects their job performance through subordinates’ emotional exhaustion; leader political skill act as a moderator between leader humor fit and subordinates’ emotional exhaustion. The higher the political skill of the leader, the weaker the emotional exhaustion caused by leader humor incongruence.

210 How Do Enterprise-Union Coupling Relationship Attributions Affect Employee Adaptive Performance from the Perspective of Job Demands-Resources Theory
HU Enhua,ZHANG Junting,SHAN Hongmei,ZHOU Xiao,HAN Mingyan,LIU Huanchen
Based on job demands-resources theory (JD-R), this study exploreed and analyzeed the influence mechanism of enterprise-union coupling relationship attributions on employee adaptive performance by questionnaire survey on 346 employees. The results are as follows: the different attributions of enterprise-union coupling relationship have different effects on employee adaptive performance. The performance attribution of enterprise-union coupling relationship has a significant negative effect on employee adaptive performance, while the well-being of enterprise-union coupling relationship can improve adaptive performance. Work strain mediates the performance attribution of enterprise-union coupling relationship and employee adaptive performance, but it doesn’t have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between the well-being attribution of enterprise-union coupling relationship and employee adaptive performance. In addition, job autonomy significantly mediated the relationships between both attributions of enterprise-union coupling relationship and employee adaptive performance; that is, the performance attribution of enterprise-union coupling relationship reduces adaptive performance by inhibiting job autonomy, while the well-being attribution of enterprise-union coupling relationship promotes adaptive performance by improving employees’ job autonomy.

221 Craftsman Spirit Scale Development and Validation of Time-honored Enterprise Employees
XU Wei,ZHOU Hengjuan,SONG Sigen
Based on the context of time-honored brands, this study develops the measurement scales of craftsman spirit through various statistical methods such as exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, as well as builds and verifies the conceptual model of craftsman spirit— sense of self-worth— work involvement which verifies the external validity of the developed scales. The results show that the concept of craftsman spirit for time-honored enterprise employees can be defined as the employees’ professional value formed in the process of realizing their value and idea. The measurement scale of craftsman spirit for time-honored enterprise employees includes 3 thematic dimensions of dedication, excellence and perseverance, and 9 items, which has good reliability and validity. The craftsman spirit and its three dimensions have a positive impact on employees’ sense of self-worth and work engagement respective, and the sense of self-worth plays a partial intermediary role between craftsman spirit and its three dimensions and work engagement.

231 The Dynamic Iterative Spillover Effect of “Internet+” on Innovation Value Chain
LI Boxin,DONG Yu,ZHU Chengliang
The study deconstructs the innovation driving logic from basic research to technological progress, and reveals the iterative spillover mechanism of “Internet+” on the innovation value chain. Further empirical research shows that: the transformation drive of basic research to technological progress is not linearly effective, but with U-type evolution law from restraining to increasing. Only when the basic research level exceeds certain threshold can the vertical innovation driving force be released. “Internet+” will generate threshold resonance effect in the process of being embedded into the innovation value chain, and will pry and magnify the spillover benefits from basic research to technological progress. Moreover, the regulating effect of “Internet+” on endogenous driving in innovation value chain is dynamic different and spatial heterogeneous in three dimensions: infrastructure level, user penetration rate and commercial development value.

240 The Influence of Entrepreneur’s Personality Traits on Business Model Innovation
DING Xiaozhou,GUO Tao,ZENG Jingwei
Based on the high-level theory and strategic cognitive theory, this study explores the impact of entrepreneurs’ conscientiousness and agreeableness on entrepreneurial business model innovation,as well as the mediating role of strategic schema change and the moderating role of industry competition pressure. The empirical results show that the conscientiousness and agreeableness of entrepreneurs both promote the business model innovation of entrepreneurial enterprises, with the conscientiousness promoting business model innovation more significantly. In addition, the strategic schema change partially mediates between the two personality traits and business model innovation. Furthermore, industry competition pressure negatively moderates the impact of entrepreneurs’ conscientiousness and agreeableness on strategic schema change.

249 Research on Service Demand Behind Value Cocreation Citizenship Behavior in Sharing Accommodation
ZUO Wenming,XU Zixin,HUANG Fengxuan,JIAO Qingsong
Focusing on value cocreation citizenship behaviors in sharing accommodation including recommendation, feedback and tolerance, we identify different behaviors based on sentiment analysis with online reviews. We extract service demands from these online reviews and build service demand networks to explore the differences in these service demands relevant to the value cocreation citizenship behaviors. The results show that service demand networks of sharing accommodation have small-world effect and scale-free feature. With a few core demands as the common focus, different customers care about different service demands, and the combinations of service demands are diversified. Cleanliness is the common important demand. Recommendationbehavior is strongly relevant to interpersonal interaction and geographical location. Feedback behavior is strongly connected with price-performance ratio and sound insulation. Tolerance behavior focus more on geographical location and price-performance ratio.

258 Research on the Antecedent Configurations of E-Commerce Platform Competitiveness from the Perspective of Platform Leadership
DU Huayong,GUO Xuguang,TENG Ying
Based on the perspective of platform leadership, this study explores the antecedent configurations that affect the competitiveness of e-commerce platforms by using methods of NCA and fsQCA. The research found that any single antecedent can not independently explain the competitiveness of e-commerce platforms. The antecedent configurations of e-commerce platform competitiveness has characteristics of “causality equivalence” and “asymmetric causality”. Under the perspective of platform leadership, there are 5 high competitiveness configurations and 3 low competitiveness configurations. The comprehensive e-commerce platform adopts the “efficiency” logic when building the platform competitiveness, and the vertical e-commerce platform adopts the “innovation” logic when building the platform competitiveness. This study suggests that different categories of e-commerce platforms should be different in their platform leadership strategies. The comprehensive e-commerce platforms are suitable for adopting the “rapid growth” strategy around their user base, while the vertical e-commerce platforms are suitable for adopting the “refined services” and “distinctive positioning” strategy around their core users.

267 Research on Operation Decision of Closed-Loop Supply Chain of New Energy Vehicle Power Battery under Different Recycling Subsidy Policies
LOU Gaoxiang,LEI Peng,MA Haicheng,WAN Ning
In this study, three recycling decision models are developed with Game Theory, to verify the effectiveness of two subsidy policies based on recycling quantity and battery capacity respectively on improving the recycling rate of new-energy-power battery in closed-loop supply chain. The results are as follows: ① The recycling rate and subsidy coefficient may be negatively correlated under the subsidy policy based on battery capacity; ② The recycling rate is higher under the subsidy policy based on recycling quantity compared with that under no subsidy. On the contrary, the recycling rate may be lower under the subsidy policy based on battery capacity compared with that under no subsidy; ③ The recycling rate under the subsidy policy based on recycling quantity is greater than that based on battery capacity when the total subsidy amount of each subsidy policy is equal. Furthermore, profits of manufacturers are higher under the subsidy policy based on recycling quantity compared with that under the other policy, and retailers and consumers benefit more from the subsidy policy based on battery capacity compared with the other policy, while the level of social welfare under the two subsidy policies is related to the subsidy coefficient.

278 Contract Design of Live Streaming Commerce Supply Chain Considering the Effort and Influence of the Streamer
ZHANG Yanfen,XU Qi,SUN Zhongmiao
To address the moral hazard and adverse selection problems caused by the double information asymmetry of streamers’ sale efforts and influence in the live streaming commerce supply chain, this study constructs an incentive contract model under information asymmetry based on principal-agent theory by considering the bargaining power of streamers, and proposes contract conditions to discriminate the actual type of information and induce the streamer to improve sales efforts. It is shown that the brand supplier has to pay a certain amount of extra information rent for the high-influence streamer under the asymmetry of type information. At this time, the brand supplier should increase the slotting fee of the high-influence streamer and keep the commission rate unchanged, while the commission rate of the low-influence streamer is appropriately reduced and the slotting fee of the low-influence streamer depends on the situation. When the influence of the low-influence streamer is greater than a certain threshold, it should increase the slotting fee appropriately, otherwise reduce the slotting fee or adopt a pure commission model. Further, different prior beliefs about the influence of the streamer will directly lead to different configurations of optimal contracts.

287 Research on the Influence of Executives’ Compensation Contract Reference Effect on the Corporation Stock Price Synchronicity
CHEN Yizao,CHEN Yan,HUANG Shihua,HAN Min
Based on the data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2008 to 2019, this study explores the influence of executives’ compensation contract reference on the corporation’s stock price synchronicity. The results show that when the reference effect of executive compensation contracts is stronger, the company’s stock price synchronization is higher. The above effects mainly exist in vertical reference and horizontal reference dimensions. The mechanism of action shows that the contract reference effect of executives’ compensation affects the stock price synchrony of the corporation by affecting the information transparency of the corporation. Further research finds that the influence of executive compensation vertical reference is stronger than that of horizontal reference; In addition, institutional investor shareholding, audit quality, corporate internal controls, and executive promotion expectations can significantly inhibit the above influence. The economic consequence test finds that the influence of executive compensation contract reference on stock price synchronicity will further increase the corporation’s cost of equity capital and the decline of market value.

297 Research on the Impact of Corporate Monopoly Power on Financial Leverage Manipulation
PENG Fangping,LIAO Jingxian,HE Jin’an
From the perspective of market competition structure, this study uses the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2020 to study the differences in leverage manipulation behavior of companies with different monopoly power through the traditional method and DML (Double Debiased Machine Learning) nonparametric inference with continuous treatments. The results show that compared with high-monopoly-power companies, companies with low monopoly power have greater incentives to manipulate financial leverage; Easing monetary policy will alleviate the problem of financial leverage manipulation of companies, but the increased capital flows more into high-monopoly-power companies, leading to a more significant decrease in theirs leverage manipulation degree than high-monopoly-power companies.
