169 Research on the Process and Model of Enterprise Management Capability Improvement from the Perspective of Management Transplantation——Exploratory Single Case Analysis Based on Wumart Group
FENG Yongchun,HUANGFU Yunfeng
This research focuses on the question of “how companies carry out management transplantation to improve management ability”, and uses the exploratory single-case research method to explore the process mechanism and core elements of Wumart Group’s management transplantation to improve management ability. The study finds that: management transplantation is a dynamic and complex process. The management transplantation of an enterprise needs to go through the three stages of “import—integration—innovation”to achieve the improvement of management ability; the contents of management transplantation mainly include management models, system, technology and experience, etc. The transplantation modes include direct transplantation, integrated transplantation and interactive transplantation. Enterprises need to choose different management transplantation modes and contents according to their own development stage and internal and external environment.

187 Understanding Authoritarian “Leadership” by Differentiating between Leadership and Power Behaviors
ZHANG Kai,WU Zhihao,CHEN Limei
This paper explores the essential differences in the role of leadership and power in influencing employees. In doing so, we expand the theoretical understanding of the nature of authoritarian leadership. Our analyses provide evidence that leadership is the process of motivating followers to proactively achieve future goals through building common goals between leaders and followers. However, authoritarian behaviors differ from the act of leading as we show that such actions rely on formal power to influence subordinates. Hence, our study concludes that authoritarian “leadership” is not a type of leadership and should not be categorized as a leadership behavior.

197 Research on the Impact of Followers’Upward Dissent on Supervisor Undermining from the Hierarchical Threat Perspective
LIU Wenxing,ZHU Yanghao,WANG Haijiang,LIU Xudong
Based on social hierarchical theory, a multiple time and multiple source data collection strategy was used to analyze and explore the mechanism and boundary conditions between followers’ upward dissent and supervisor undermining through paired data of 351 followers and supervisors. The results show that: followers’ upward dissent has a significant positive impact on supervisor undermining; supervisor perceived hierarchical threat mediates the relationship between followers’ upward dissent and supervisor undermining; supervisor humility not only negatively moderates the relationship between followers’ upward dissent and supervisor perceived hierarchical threat, but also negatively moderates the indirect relationship between followers’ upward dissent and supervisor undermining via supervisor perceived hierarchical threat.

205 A Study of the Mechanism of How Perceived Underemployment Affects Employees’ Engagement in Hybrid Entrepreneurship
CAO Xing,WEI Feng
Based on the cognitive appraisal theory of emotion, this study explores the mechanism of two dimensions of employees’ perceived underemployment, namely perceived overqualification and perceived no-growth, on their engagement in hybrid entrepreneurship. After controlling the job satisfaction path, the results of the empirical data of 311 hybrid entrepreneurs show that: (1) perceived overqualification, perceived no-growth, and their interaction have a positive effect on work alienation; (2) work alienation positively affect employees’ engagement in hybrid entrepreneurship; (3) work alienation mediates the impact of perceived overqualification, perceived no-growth and their interaction on employees’ engagement in hybrid entrepreneurship. This study extends the theoretical perspective on the research about antecedents of hybrid entrepreneurship, and advances the understanding of the causes and processes of employees’ engagement in hybrid entrepreneurship, which could help organizations to improve their efficiency of human resource use.

213 A Simulation Study on the Impact of Opening Strategy on the Performance of Digital Entrepreneurship Platform Companies
YANG Yong,TONG Tiantian
Based on the value co-creation theory, the process of value co-creation and distribution among digital entrepreneurship platform ecosystem is analyzed, and a multi-agent model is constructed. Simulation experiments are used to simulate the impact of opening strategies on the system evolution of the platform ecosystem and performance of the platform enterprise. The research results show that:①When platform companies implement static opening strategies, in the short term there is a roughly inverted U-shaped relationship between platform companies’ profits and openness, while in the long run, as the growth rate of system value co-created of the digital platform ecosystem increases, profits of platform enterprises will also increase with the increase in openness. ②Compared with static opening strategies, platform companies can provide more open resources to capable digital entrepreneurs and motivating their innovation enthusiasm by implementing dynamic opening strategies, thereby increasing the long-term profits of platform companies.③When platform companies implement dynamic opening strategies, different openness incentives have little effect on the enthusiasm and innovation of digital entrepreneurs. Therefore, increasing openness incentives does not significantly improve the long-term profits of platform companies.

225 Collaborative R&D,Incumbent Firms’ Radical Technological Innovation and The Mediating Role of Intergenerational Knowledge Bridges: An Example of Automotive Industry
MA Liang,ZHANG Shumin,ZHONG Weijun
Incumbent firms’ collaborative R&D can reduce the R&D’ s risk and duration, also, can help incumbent firms form intergenerational knowledge bridges to avoid technological rigidity. However, for incumbent firms in different industries with different difficulties in development of new technologies and different lengths of technology intergenerational cycle, the pros and cons of intergenerational knowledge bridges on firms’ radical technological innovation may be different. Based on a panel data of 65 incumbent firms in the automobile industry from 2009 to 2019, the negative binomial regression analysis shows that collaborative R&D can directly improve the incumbent firms’ radical technological innovation performance, and both explicit and implicit intergenerational knowledge bridges can play a positive mediating role in the process. In addition, old technological innovation performance has a positive effect on the relationship between collaborative R&D and radical technological innovation performance, and a negative effect on the relationship between explicit intergenerational knowledge bridge and radical technological innovation performance, but both of them are not significant. The old technological innovation performance also has a significant negative effect on the relationship between the implicit intergenerational knowledge bridge and the radical technological innovation performance.

235 The Relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics
ZHOU Zucheng
The relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business ethics has long been a puzzling issue. Unlike the traditional way of clarifying the relationship through identifying and comparing the extant definitions of the two terms, this study addresses and compares CSR and business ethics from three perspectives (basic concepts, academic fields, and social movements) at two analytical levels (in practice and in theory). Three conclusions are reached: ①the relationship between the CSR concept and the business ethics concept is different from both the relationship of the CSR field and the business ethics field and the relationship of CSR movement and business ethics movement;②within the relationships of the two concepts, fields and movements, the relationship in practice is different from that in theory; ③CSR and business ethics are neither totally independent nor that one includes the other. Rather, they have similarities and differences.

245 Impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility Consistency on Financial Performance
LI Qian,XU Jiaming,XIONG Jie,LIU Haixin
Based on the instrumental stakeholder theory, this study pays attention to the impact of time and structure consistency in corporate social responsibility (CSR) on company financial performance (CFP), and tests the mediating effects of trust, as well as the moderating effects of overall level of CSR and attention from various stakeholders. Using samples of non-financial companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, the research finds that time consistency is positively related to CFP, while structure consistency has opposite effect. Results also confirm the mediating effect of trust, through which CSR consistencies are able to exert their influence. Further, in terms of time consistency, the increase of overall CSR level strengthens its negative relationship with CFP, and analysists will eliminate the positive relationship. Besides, for structure consistency, its negative effects on CFP will be amplificated by the existence of the public as well as analysts, while be alleviated by attention from independent directors.

254 The Research on the Impact of Geographical Distance on Corporate Social Responsibility
LI Xinrong,MENG Mengmeng,LEI Jiasu
In the context of China’s transition economy, geographical distance means information asymmetry and institutional pressure heterogeneity. Based on the signal theory, this study takes Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2017 as samples, and uses the random effects model to explore the impact of the geographical distance between enterprises and government regulators on corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as the moderating effect of institutional environment and high-speed railway lines on the above relationship. The results show that geographical distance has a significant negative impact on CSR performance, and a better institutional environment and more channels of high-speed rail lines can alleviate the above relationship.

263 The Influence of Internal and External Incentives on Customer Engagement in Virtual Brand Community
ZHANG Yuexian,ZHANG Xing,CUI Hang,WEI Xiaoying
Dissect the “erosion” perspective from the weakening theory of the cognitive school, build a chain intermediary model with customer participation, customer trust and customer identification as the intermediary based on the self-determination theory, and explore the influence mechanism of internal and external incentives on customer engagement and whether there is an “eroding” effect between internal and external incentives. The data is analyzed by using the hierarchical regression method and the Bootstrap method. The study found that: First of all, there is an “erosion” effect between internal and external incentives and the effect of “individual pull-up and overall inhibition” on internal and external incentives. Secondly, incentives measures cannot be used solely to influence customer engagement through customer participation. There are also mediating variables to be explored in the path of customer participation and customer engagement. Finally, the chain mediation effect of “customer participation-customer trust” and “customer participation-customer identification” is significant.

271 The Impact of Customer Relationship on Enterprise Technology Innovation
ZHAO Shuang,WANG Shengnian,WANG Jiabin
Based on the data of China’s A-share manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2019, from the two dimensions of static customer concentration and dynamic customer volatility, combined with regional sustainable development, this study makes an in-depth research on the impact of customer relationship on enterprise technological innovation and its mechanism. It is found that both customer concentration and customer volatility weaken corporate technological innovation, and regional sustainable development level can significantly alleviate the negative impact of customer concentration on corporate technological innovation. The mechanism analysis shows that the increase in financing constraints caused by customer concentration and the decrease in inventory turnover efficiency caused by customer volatility have inhibited enterprise technological innovation.

280 Research on Green Production Decision-Making of Supply Chain Considering Government Subsidies under Supplier Capital Constraints
ZHANG Xiaran,WANG Ziran,LAN Chuanxiao,MENG Qingchun
In response to the practical dilemma of capital constraints faced by small and medium-sized suppliers, the study introduces government green credit subsidy and green product subsidies into the green production decision-making system of supply chain, establishes a game model composed of the government, manufacturers, and suppliers, and analyzes the optimal decision-making. The results show that:First of all, the improvement of consumers’ green sensitivity is conducive to promote enterprises to expand production, improve the greenness of products, and increase social welfare to a certain extent. Secondly, reducing the proportion of suppliers’ green investment can not only relieve the financing pressure, but also increase social welfare. Besides, in the case of green credit subsidies, the improvement of green sensitivity brings greater financing pressure, but in the case of green product subsidies, this conclusion is only true when the green sensitivity is low. Finally, when green sensitivity is low, green credit subsidies can better stimulate green production and improve the level of social welfare, on the contrary, green product subsidies are better.

289 Price and Service Decisions in a Dual-Channel Supply Chain with Online Reviews
ZHENG Benrong,LI Xinyi,HUANG Yanting
Based on the centralized and decentralized decision-making cases, this study constructs dual-channel supply chain game models without and with online reviews respectively. The pricing and service investing strategies of dual-channel supply chains in the presence of online reviews are investigated, and the impacts of online reviews on the optimal supply chain decisions and profits are further analyzed. The results show that online reviews can motivate the retailer to increase the service investing level. The manufacturer is better off when the level of online reviews validity is sufficiently favorable; meanwhile, when the positive effect of online reviews is strong and the accuracy of reviews is high enough, the retailer is also better off. Besides, compared with the centralized model, the increase in review accuracy would harm the supply chain under the decentralized model. In addition, when online reviews validity level is sufficiently favorable, retailer service investing can effectively eliminate the double marginalization effect in the supply chain.

299 Research on the Influence of Diversification of Private Placement Companies on “SEO Performance Puzzle”
LIU Chao,SONG Xin,GUO Lifeng
Using firm-level data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed firms of private placement from 2007 to 2019, from the perspective of diversification, this paper analyzes the reasons of the declining performance of private placement enterprises. The results show that ①Enterprises have a significantly higher degree of diversification after the private placement, and this trend is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises. ②The diversification of private placement enterprises after financing will not only increase the financial risk but also lead to a decline in corporate performance. ③Further study reveals that the opportunist motivation of major shareholders and the overconfidence of management are the main reasons for the diversification of enterprises. In addition, private placement enterprises are more inclined to get involved in non-related industries and industries supported by industrial policies through diversification after private placement.
