Research on the Transformation and Reform of Human Resource Management in China in the Post-epidemic Period——A review of the 9th Annual China HRM Forum

Abstract  To cope with the changing trend of Chinese organization and HRM in the post-epidemic period, and to promote theoretical innovation and practical development in the field of HRM and organizational behavior research in China, the 9th annual China HRM Forum was held at Anhui University in Hefei from May 14 to 15, 2021, with the theme of “Responding to Trends, Facing Challenges and Promoting Development: Transformation and Reform of HRM in China in the Post-epidemic Period”. In the forum, scholars conducted extensive discussions on the topics such as leadership in the digital economy, employee behavior intervention in telecommuting situations, organizational change and capacity building in response to major emergencies, organizational resilience and organizational immunity, and employee work behavior and performance. Besides, transformation and reform of China’s human resource management in the post epidemic period are discussed in depth as well.
