959 The Process of CMNEs Embedding into Developed Markets——Taking the Overseas Expansion of Sichuan Changhong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. in Recent 30 Years as Examples
CHEN Qiqi,SHI Xuanya,DU Yifei,XUE Min
From the perspective of social embeddedness and through the comparison of vertical nested cases study, this study uses the international samples of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. in the U.S. and European markets to explore how Chinese multinational enterprises (CMNEs) can achieve a positive interaction between growth and survival by combinations of two kinds of social embeddedness measures. The research finds that the prospective expansion based on structural embeddedness measures and supplemented by relational embeddedness measures can improve survival in the process of realizing growth. The mimetic expansion based on relational embeddedness measures and supplemented by structural embeddedness measures can nurture the potential for growth in the process of realizing survival. In the process of interaction between CMNEs and the host country environment, the calibration and flexible application of the two mechanisms of mimetic expansion and prospective expansion help CMNEs bear the risks and uncertainties and continue to promote the development of growth and survival in the process of internationalization.

970 Research on the Effects of Relational Input on Firm Performance
YANG Chan,HE Xiaogang
This study demonstrates the positive effects of relational input from emotional perspectives of trust, commitment and identification, discusses its crowding-out effect on firm’s productive activities based on external constraints and political pressure, and analyzes the moderating effect from both property right structure and poverty scale. The conclusions are as follows: ①there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between relational input and firm’s performance, namely moderate investment in relational input helps firm to obtain trust, commitment and acknowledgment of stakeholders, and improve its performance. But excessive dependence on this non-market strategy will generate negative effect on corporate performance by exerting too much pressure;②the nature of property right and poverty scale serve as significant moderators between relational input and performance. That is, private governance and previous poverty scale will weaken the inverted U effect of relational input on firm’s performance.

1001 The Impact of Muti-level Contextual Variables on Street-Level Public Employees’ Innovative Behavior from the Pespective of Planned Behavior
TAN Xinyu
Based on theory of planned behavior, this study verifies the hypotheses by the data collected from 635 street-level public employees of 173 public organizations in 36 districts/counties with a two-wave leader-subordinate matching method, and explores and analyzes the impact mechanism of muti-level contextual variables on street-level public employees’ innovative behavior as well as the moderating role of public service motivation. The multi-level linear regression analysis results show that institutional environment, empowering leadership, affective commitment to change has significant and positive impact on street-level public employees’ innovative behavior from institutional-level, organizational-level and individual-level, respectively. What’s more, public service motivation positively strengthens the relationship between institutional environment and innovative behavior as well as the relationship between empowering leadership and innovative behavior. In addition, public service motivation weakens the relationship between affective commitment to change and innovative behavior.

1012 A Cross-Level Empirical Study on Work Stressor on Employee Radical and Incremental Creativity
FENG Ming,HU Yufei
Based on the Job Demand-Resource model and Social Comparison theory, this study explores the differential effects of challenge and hindrance stressor on employee dual creativity and the mediating role of job crafting as well as the cross-level moderating role of LMX differentiation. Using software such as SPSS and M-plus to conduct empirical research on the survey data of 588 sets of samples from 131 teams, some conclusions are drawn as follows: Firstly, challenge stressor positively promotes employee dual creativity, while hindrance stressor is the opposite. The impact of work stressor on radical creativity is more significant than incremental creativity. When faced with challenging stress, employees generate the dual creativity through job crafting, while when faced with hindrance stress, employees are reluctant to redesign their work, which is not conductive to the generation of dual creativity. At the same time, LMX differentiation moderates the relationship between the dual stressor and job crafting at the group level. The specific manifestation is that the higher the degree of LMX differentiation, the weaker the positive relationship between challenge stressor and job crafting, and the stronger the negative relationship between hindrance stressor and job crafting. The research not only provides a theoretical basis for the path of employee dual creativity, but also offers practical guidance for leaders to effectively enhance employee creativity.

1040 The Impact of Relational Governance on B2B Brand Performance
WANG Ya,LI Guihua,LU Hongliang,HUANG Lei
Taking the cooperative relationship between upstream suppliers and manufacturers in the industrial chain as the research setting. This study focuses on the influence of relational governance on B2B brand performance, and investigates the mediating mechanism and function boundary of the influencing process. Empirical test results based on data from 329 suppliers show that: First, the two latitudes of relational governance (i.e. joint planning and joint problem solving) exert different influences on B2B brand performance. While there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between joint planning (‘predictive’ governance behaviour) and B2B brand performance, joint problem solving (‘reactive’ governance behaviour) exerts a positive influence on B2B brand performance. Second, inter-organizational relationship quality partially plays a mediating role between relational governance and B2B brand performance. Third, environmental uncertainty exerts a positive moderating effect on problem solving and B2B brand performance, but it exerts no significant moderating influence on joint planning and B2B brand performance.

1049 Multi-Stage Evolutionary Game Analysis of User Membership Selection and IP Competition of Online Video Platform
LI Zhi,PENG Ran
Based on demand uncertainty of online video market and characteristics of periodic income of seasonal video, this study establishes an evolutionary game model of IP copyright competition and user membership selection for video platform. By means of simulation technology, the multi-stage evolutionary game simulation experiment is designed to analyze the purchasing strategy and user membership selection strategy of video platform in different stages. The results show that the evolutionary stable strategy of both sides of game is (buyout copyright, double membership) in the single-stage. In the two-stage, the game strategies of two sides cannot reach a stable equilibrium state and present the undulating movement tendency. With the reduction of copyright cost, both sides of the game can reach an evolutionary stable strategy (non-buyout copyright, dual membership). In the three-stage, after the first two stages of evolutionary selection, the evolutionary stable strategy of both sides is (non-buyout copyright, single membership).

1058 Research on the Evolutionary Game of Express Terminal Distribution Based on the Differentiation Demand on Shared Smart Cabinet
LI Jiachen,WANG Yan
Shared express cabinets with lower profits is one of caused by lower rate of users’ openness and utilization. The study starts with the logistics contract, analyzes the evolutionary game strategy of the user and the courier in the two situations of passive acceptance and active cooperation of shared smart cabinet, and finds that there is no evolutionary stable strategy set between the user and the courier. When the shared smart cabinet adopts active cooperation, the user has a greater probability of accepting courier to drop the cabinet. At the same time, upward cooperation can only bring the courier’s unilateral evolutionary strategy to stabilize, without inspiring users; while downward incentives will guide users and couriers to converge. This is a win-win situation for couriers, courier companies, shared smart cabinets and users.

1068 Flexible Procurement Model for Government’s Emergency Supplies Considering Reserve Period
CHAI Yaguang,LI Pengxuan
Considering the problem that the reserve materials are insufficient or the remaining materials expired when emergency supplies are pre-purchased for reserve, this study divides the types of emergency materials according to the law of inventory impairment. Focusing on the type of materials with stable value but affected by the shelf life, this study considers the impact of the reserve cycle on the basis of the quantity flexible contract, then establishes a government-led emergency material procurement model. Through the model derivation, the conditions for government-enterprise cooperation and the optimal decision of both parties are obtained, the advantages of the model over the government’s separate reserve model as well as the applicability of the model to different types of materials are verified. This study further analyzes the impact of several factors on the decision-making and cost-benefit of government and enterprises, and proposes the corresponding management strategies. The results show that the proposed model can effectively increase the reserves of emergency supplies and reduce the waste of resources caused by the storage of materials while controlling government costs and ensuring the revenue of the supplier.

1086 Study on the Impact of Serial M&As on Stock Price Crash Risk
ZHUANG Mingming,LI Shanmin,LIANG Quanxi
Based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2006 to 2019, this paper investigates whether and how serial acquisitions affect the stock price crash risk. The results show that serial acquisitions increase the stock price crash risk significantly. The relationship between them is more pronounced in the companies with higher agency costs. Further evidence shows that companies with serial acquisitions are more inclined to implement opacity information disclosure policies to cover up the poor performance caused by serial acquisitions, thus increasing the stock price crash risk. In addition, the positive effect of serial acquisitions on stock price crash risk is stronger when there are diversified or strange land acquisitions in serial acquisitions.

1095 Hot Point Change, Trend Analysis and Future Research Prospects in Product Line Research (1978~2019)
JIAO Yuanyuan,LI Yuhang,LI Zhihui
Product lines enable companies to meet heterogeneous consumer demand and capture a larger market share, which is an important means for companies to enhance their competitive advantages. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to sort out the lineage and hotspots of product line research. Although there is a very rich literature on product line research and its development has incorporated a multidisciplinary approach, domestic research has not paid enough attention to the field and lacks literature review on the entire field, so it is difficult to conduct research based on the actual situation of Chinese enterprises and make valuable guidance recommendations. In response to these current situations, future research directions in this field are discussed from four aspects: multidisciplinary integration, sustainable development, digital economy, and the Chinese context.
