Using 386 questionnaire data of entrepreneurial firms, the empirical results show that: ①prior experience significantly promotes business model innovation of entrepreneurial firms;②this relationship is partially mediated by both entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation; ③risk perception weakens the mediated relationship through entrepreneurial orientation; ④risk perception strengthens the mediated relationship via market orientation.
