The Dual Role of Constraints in Organizational Learning and Continuous Change
PAN Qiong,DU Yifei,YANG Jing
Using a longitudinal case study, based on the organizational ambidexterity learning, this study opens up the process of organizational transformation under constraints. The results show that the process of organizational change and transformation is accomplished through continuous adjustment of “exploration-exploitation”. In this process, constraints play a very important role. On the one hand, constraints promote organizational innovation and development by breaking the inertia of organizational exploitative, and on the other hand, constraints promote organizational adjustment between “exploration-exploitative”, which makes the direction of behavior more focused and reduces the risk of uncertainty in the process of transformation. Finally, through the process of “exploration-exploitative”, the organization can gradually acquire the ambidexterity learning ability, thus promoting the continuous change and development of the organization.

The Effect of Top Management Team Heterogeneity on Corporate Social Responsibility Performance under the View of Relationship Embeddedness
ZHU Le,CHEN Cheng
In the perspectives of upper echelon theory, the social relationship embedded ness theory and the legitimacy theory, the study discusses the mediating mechanism of top management team’s social relationship heterogeneity on the relationship between its structure heterogeneity and corporate social responsibility performance. Using the sample of China’s A share listed companies from 2011 to 2017, the Heckman’s two-stage regression method is used for empirical testing. We find a significant negative relationship between top management team’s age heterogeneity and corporate social responsibility performance, and the relationship heterogeneity can ease the negative impact. The structure heterogeneity in gender, education and tenure has a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility performance, but the mediating effect of relationship heterogeneity hasn’t been proved by sufficient empirical evidence.

A Study of the Influence Mechanism and Differential Effects of Internal and External CSR on Employees’ Work Meaningfulness
XIE Yuhua,LIU Jingjing,XIE Huaqing
Based on Social Identity Theory, this research explores the impact of internal and external CSR(corporate social responsibility) on employees’work meaningfulness in China by collecting the data from 521 employees from 12 enterprises in Hunan and Guangdong province. The results show that both internal and external CSR have a positive impact on employees’ work meaningfulness, and the impact of internal CSR on employees’ work meaningfulness is more significant and stronger. Besides, perceived organizational support is a partial mediator between internal CSR and work meaningfulness, while perceived organizational pride is a full mediator between external CSR and work meaningfulness. In addition, the inconsistency of internal and external CSR (external CSR>internal CSR) has a negative impact on employees’work meaningfulness.

Economic Policy Uncertainty, Government Implicit Guarantee and the Persistence of Firm Innovation
FAN Xia,CHEN Ya,ZHANG Qiaoling
Taking the manufacturing listed companies from 2008 to 2016 as a research sample, the study discusses the impact of economic policy uncertainty on enterprise innovation persistence and empirically analyzes the mechanism of government implicit guarantees from two dimensions of property and financial subsidy. The results show that economic policy uncertainty delays corporate investment decisions and exacerbates external financing constraints, which in turn inhibits the persistence of innovation. Implicit guarantee has an important role in smoothing the volatility of innovation investment, and this role is closely related to the degree of financial marketization. The lower the degree of financial marketization, the more significant the inhibitory effect of implicit guarantee on the persistence of innovation. Therefore, while adjusting the current economic policy to stimulate economic growth, the government should also pay attention to the negative impact of its policy uncertainty on the persistence of firm innovation, deepen financial reform, and release innovation vitality.

Research on the Impact of New Ventures’Improvisation and Routines on Performance
In the context of entrepreneurship, improvisation is a common behavior in the process of entrepreneurship. It helps new ventures to cope with unexpected events effectively. At the same time, as a special knowledge resource in the enterprise, routines contribute to improving the performance of the enterprise. Therefore, based on the resource-based view and contingency theory, this study explores the impact mechanism of improvisation on the performance of new ventures. Empirical research using 154 sample data of new ventures shows that improvisation of new ventures positively influences routines. Routines positively promote performance of new ventures, and play a full mediating role in the relationship between improvisation and new ventures’performance. Environmental dynamics positively moderate the relationship between improvisation and performance of new ventures, but has no moderating effect on the mediating role of routines.

FENG Jinzhan,CAI Shuqin1
This study expounds the importance of engaged customers in virtual brand community, and defines engaged customer and engaged behavior in virtual brand community. Aiming at the new problem of how to effectively identify the engaged customers in the customer relationship management of virtual brand community, according to the theory of planning behavior, this study establishes the engaged customer identification model which includes three dimensions, the will of engaged customers, the subjective norm and the ability of engaged customers, and analyses the main factors of each dimension in detail. Taking the Xiaomi community as an example, this study uses the feed forward neural network model to verify the engaged customer identification model. The experimental results show that the model can effectively identify the engaged customer of virtual brand community.

Social Mechanisms, Relationship Structures, and Community Network Knowledge Collaboration
LIU Zhengchi,CHEN Wenwu,MA Tao
Communities formed with knowledge as ties have become an important carrier of knowledge transmission and creation. This study explores the relationship among knowledge social mechanism, community relationship structure and community knowledge collaboration, using the methods of computational experimentation. The results show that social mechanisms determine the structure of community relationship, which in turn affects the community knowledge collaboration. The “random-knowledge-social-mechanism” is most conducive to the improvement of community’s knowledge stock and learning ability, and the “popular-knowledge-social-mechanism” is most conducive to the improvement of community’s innovation ability. The uniformity of relationship distribution is positively related to the community’s knowledge stock and learning ability, and negatively related to the community’s innovation ability. Within the community, the breadth of individual relationships is positively related to an individual’s knowledge stocks and learning abilities, and negatively related to an individual’s innovation abilities.

Four-Party Evolutionary Game Analysis of Quality Supervision of Medical Research Reports in Major Epidemic Period
SUN Shuhui,SU Qiang
During the special period of a major epidemic, the quality supervision of medical research and reporting is an effective way to ensure the safety of the public and society. Considering the reality of experts refuting rumors, this study constructs a four-party evolutionary game model for government regulators, medical industry alliance, media platforms, and the public. he stability of the game players’ strategic choices, and carry on a stability analysis for possible equilibrium points based on the first law of Lyapunov are analysed. And this studymakes simulation analysis about the influence of key elements on system evolution via using MATLAB 2017. The study shows that: the increase in government penalties for low-quality medical research reports, the increase in the probability of experts refuting rumors, and the increase in the probability of rational identification by the public all can reduce the probability of low-quality research reports; the higher the reputation value, the more medical research institutions and media platforms prefer to carry high-quality medical research and choose to verify reports.

Decision Analysis of Reverse Supply Chain under Bidirectional Fairness Concerns of Competitive Recycling Platforms
XU Minli,WANG Jie,JIAN Huiyun
In this paper, a reverse supply chain system which consists of a single remanufacturer and two competitive recycling platforms is constructed, introducing bidirectional fairness concerns of the recycling platforms, and three different recycling price models are constructed under three different situations in which the members are neutral and the remanufacturer respectively considers as well as ignores recycling platforms’ behavior of bidirectional fairness concerns. The equilibrium strategy of the members is analyzed by Stackelberg game theory. The results show that excessive competition between the two recycling platforms is unfavorable to the operation of the reverse supply chain; increasing the consumer sensitivity of collection price is favorable to improving the profit and utility of the members; vertical fairness concerns of the two recycling platforms can increase their bargaining power, while horizontal fairness concerns are the opposite; the remanufacturer should consider recycling platforms’ behavior of bidirectional fairness concerns when making decisions, which is favorable to increasing the amount of recycling waste products, the profits and utilities of the members.

The Literature Review of Serial Acquisitions Based on Time Process Perspective
HUANG Manli,ZHANG Yue,LI Jing
This paper sorts out the existing literatures which are related to serial acquisitions by bibliometric analysis, and defining the concept and connotation of serial acquisitions. Given that concept of serial acquisitions is continuous in time, repetitive in behavior and dynamic in impact, this study proposes to summarize the research results of the antecedents and consequences of serial acquisitions and its internal mechanism based on a time process perspective. This study mainly presents four kinds of time attributions of serial acquisitions, including frequency, rhythm, experience and sequence patterns of serial acquisitions. The paper first clarifies the existing research results from the aspects of decision-making influencing factors, influencing factors of mergers and acquisitions effect and its mechanism, then presents a logical relationship diagram of the current research status. Finally, the deficiency of existing research literatures and the future research direction are pointed out.
