A Study of Chinese Management Research from the Perspective of Mentality
WU Zhaoyun,GUO Ying
Starting from the concept of mentality, this study drawn on the lessons that have emerged from American management research, and discusses the causes, existing problems, and possible blind spots of mentality change in Chinese management circles. The study found that the American society’s mentality during the Cold War period of the US-Soviet confrontation and the US-Japan trade friction had a significant impact on the management research at that time, which made the management research in these two periods had a certain bias. Therefore, Chinese management scholars should be vigilant about these historical lessons, and maintain a “normal heart” when interpreting the current Chinese management practices and the management dimension of ancient texts. The study believes that Chinese management research should avoid being surrounded by a temporary mentality, mood or fashion, avoid short-term and quick research, and do a good job of research, that is, it needs “sincere and sincerity”, “dedication to work”, “ knowledge through quality”, and ultimately “vitalisation”.

Research on the Relationship between Overqualification and Employees’ Time Banditry Behavior from the Perspective of Conservation of Resource Theory
ZHAO Lijing,ZHANG Zhengtang,SONG Kuntai,CHEN Yuyao
Based on the perspective of conservation of resource theory, this study explores the influence mechanism of perceived overqualification on employees’ time banditry behavior. Results of multiple regression analysis with 246 valid samples show that perceived overqualification results in more employees’ time banditry behavior. Emotional exhaustion plays a partial mediating role between perceived overqualification and time banditry behavior. Besides, employees’ forgiveness moderates the relationship between perceived overqualification and emotional exhaustion. In other words, the higher the employees’ forgiveness, the weaker positive relationship between perceived overqualification and emotional exhaustion. Moreover, employees’ forgiveness moderates the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion, and the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion is weaker when the level of employees’ forgiveness is high. The results enrich and expand the relevant researches on the overqualification and time banditry behavior, and provide an important reference for organizations to manage overqualified employees.

QING Ping,XU Yingying,SUN Shan,XIAO Bangming,LIAO Fen
This study explores how the crisis of different agricultural brands impacts on the network spillover effects, and examines the influence of the brand types (strong and weak) and the brand crisis types(incompetence and immorality) on network spillover effects and their mechanisms. The results indicate that, when incompetence negative events occur, compared to the weak brand, the strong brand is more likely to have infectious network spillover effects. When the brand is in immorality crisis, compared to the strong brand, the weak brand is more likely to have comparative network spillover effects. Facing a strong brand of agricultural products, consumers have more protective motives. The protective motivation leads to infectious network spillover effects when incompetence negative events occur. When facing weak brands, consumers show up more accuracy motivations. Accuracy motivations lead to comparative network spillover effects when immorality negative events occur.

Maintaining and Change Process of Organizational Routines: Based on Multi-Agent Simulation
MI Jie,LIN Runhui,XIE Zaiyang,LIU Xiaoguang
This study investigates the individual strategy selection when individuals faced with environmental change by multi-agent modeling combined the experience-weighted attraction algorithm. We find that individuals tend to maintain their current behavior, which makes the organizations present inertia characteristic. Potential deviation degree of organizational routines from external environment promotes emerge of behavior changes, but these changes include gradual change and break-through change of existing routines, and the latter has quicker progress. If the execution behaviors of organizational routines have a serious potential deviation from constantly changing the environment, but the deviation progress is slow, this situation will lead to the drastic break-through change in the organizational routine system and gradual change doesn’t appear.

The Double-Edged Effects of Social Media Overload on Discontinuous Usage Intention
LIN Jiabao,LIN Shunzhi,GUO Jinyuan
Based on the transactional theory of stress and coping, the mechanism of social media overload on users’ discontinuous usage intention is explored with the “stressor-strain-outcome” model framework in this research. Data of 514 WeChat users were collected through the online questionnaire for empirical analysis. The results indicate that social overload, information overload, and communication overload as the three key overloads, all have positive influences on fatigue, and social overload can improve flow experience. Fatigue and flow experience significantly increase and decrease discontinuous usage intention respectively. Furthermore, there are significant gender differences in the impacts of overload on fatigue and flow experience, as well as the effects of fatigue and flow experience on discontinuous usage intention.

Research on the Influence of Additional Reviews on the Online Word-of-Mouth Diffusion from the Point of the Effect of Word-of-Mouth Exhaustion
DENG Weihua,YI Ming
System dynamics modeling and simulation are used to reveal the influence and mechanism of additional reviews on online Word-of-Mouth diffusion by using the theory of the Bass model. Simulation is carried out with Anylogic 7.0, and comparative study method is used to reveal the influence of additional reviews. This research shows that the WOM exhaustion has a negative impact on online WOM diffusion; the additional review can alleviate the negative effects of WOM; the time interval between the time of initial review exhaustion and the release of additional reviews has complex effects on online WOM. When the initial review exhaustion occurs before additional reviews’ release, time interval has a negative effect, otherwise, the reverse. And when the time interval is same, the former is more beneficial to play the positive role of additional reviews than the latter.

The Research on the Impact of E-Commerce Platform Introducing Self-Operated Channel Based-on the Channel Acceptance Difference and Power Structure Difference
WEN Yue,WANG Yong,DUAN Yulan,SHI Mingjun
Given an online platform-selling mode constituted by manufacture and an e-commerce platform, there exist acceptance differences between e-platform’s self-operated channel and manufacture’s direct channel, and power structure differences between e-platform and manufacture after introducing self-operated channel. According to the power structure differences and considering the acceptance differences, four types of models are constructed, including the benchmark model before introducing self-operated channel and three models under different power structures after introducing. The strategy of introducing self-operated channel of e-platform and its influence under different power structures are analyzed, as well as the influence of power structure differences after introducing self-operated channel. The results reveal that: under the three power structures, only if the channel acceptance difference is large enough, introducing self-operated channel is profitable for the e-platform; introducing self-operated channel will bring down manufacturer’s optimal profit. After introducing self-operated channel, for the e-platform, being market disadvantage is beneficial to gain more profit; for the manufacture, when the commission rate is high and the channel acceptance difference is low, being market advantage is more beneficial to gain more profit, otherwise, being market disadvantage is more beneficial.

Research on Closed-Loop Supply Chain Decision Considering Corporate Social Responsibility and Advertising Effect
XU Minli,GUO Shuang,JIAN Huiyun
Considering a closed-loop supply chain whichconsists of a manufacturer and a retailer, this study uses Stackelberg game theory to study closed-loop supply chain decision making under the models of manufacturer advertising and retailer advertising. The findings are as below: Advertising effectiveness is conducive to increasing demand and recovery rates, thereby improving the utility of all parties and the total utility of the supply chain. However, the effect of advertising effects on wholesale price, retail price, manufacturer’s profit, and the overall profit of the supply chain varies with the degree of manufacturer’s CSR and the different advertisers. Manufacturer’s corporate social responsibility behavior, which also helps stimulate product demand and advertising investment, is beneficial to lowering the wholesale price and increasing the recovery rate. Thereby, the retailer utility, the manufacturer utility and the overall utility of the supply chain both increase. However, manufacturers’ corporate social responsibility behavior will cause some loss to their own profits. The direction that the retail price and the overall profit of the supply chain change with manufacturer’s corporate social responsibility is related to the advertising effect and the advertiser. From the perspective of improving the overall profitability and utility of the supply chain, the retailer advertising model is better; but from a point of view of cutting costs, the manufacturer’s advertising model should be adopted.

Research on Innovation of Bilateral Bidding Trading Mode in Platform Logistics Purchasing
ZHOU Lexin,TENG Ke,LYU Fan
In order to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the traditional price transaction mode and the high transaction cost and divide the market into local market of bargaining transaction mode of logistics information platform, this study designs a bilateral bidding transaction mode to improve the efficiency of the logistics information platform matching transaction. Based on the programming model, in accordance with the characteristics of logistics service procurement, a new trading mechanism is designed, in which the supply and demand matching rules maximize social welfare under the bilateral bidding structure, and improved the classic VCG payment rules, the new payment rules make the mechanism meet the budget balance constraint. The bilateral bidding transaction mode encourages traders to tell the truth and meet the rational constraints of participation. Compared with the traditional trading mode, the bilateral bidding trading mode designed in this study can match the transaction more quickly and make the logistics resource allocation better.
