Abstract  In order to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the traditional price transaction mode and the high transaction cost and divide the market into local market of bargaining transaction mode of logistics information platform, this study designs a bilateral bidding transaction mode to improve the efficiency of the logistics information platform matching transaction. Based on the programming model, in accordance with the characteristics of logistics service procurement, a new trading mechanism is designed, in which the supply and demand matching rules maximize social welfare under the bilateral bidding structure, and improved the classic VCG payment rules, the new payment rules make the mechanism meet the budget balance constraint. The bilateral bidding transaction mode encourages traders to tell the truth and meet the rational constraints of participation. Compared with the traditional trading mode, the bilateral bidding trading mode designed in this study can match the transaction more quickly and make the logistics resource allocation better.
