Research on the Approach of “Chinese-Style Innovation” from the Perspective of Context
SU Jingqin,GAO Xin
The emergence of many remarkable innovations in China attracted wide attention to “Chinese-style innovation” both at home and abroad. To clarify the connotation and characteristics of “Chinese-style innovation”, this study compared the innovation patterns, context and innovative practices of Chinese enterprises in other typical countries, and it was found that “Chinese-style innovation” represents a series of innovative patterns’ combination generated by Chinese enterprises in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, the essential factor that leads to “Chinese-style innovation” was China’s unique context. So the suggestion is that deeply exploring and theorization on Chinese context is the way to furthering the relevant research.

An Ambicultural Multi-Paradigm Integration of Organizational Paradox
PANG Dalong,XU Liguo,XI Youmin
Ambiculturalism, which is rooted in traditional Chinese philosophies and helps integrate the East-West management practice, has provided notable insights for organizational paradox studies. Based on ambicultural perspective, this paper focuses on the three aspects of fundamental paradigm divergence including organizational paradox emergence, organizational paradox address and organizational paradox evolution to identify and analyze the possibilities of multi-paradigm integration. It finds that organizational paradox can both emerge from perception and social construction simultaneously; contingent strategy and balance strategy can be both effective to paradox coping; positive organizational sustainability via paradox can not only originate from dynamic equilibrium feedback loop but also amplify deviation feedback loop.

“WUwei” Management Based on Structured Behavior: A Philosophical Enquiry into Perfectionism Management of Practice-Oriented Mode
LI Liang,QI Shanhong
By analyzing the foundational relationship of the structured behavior elements of management activities, it is considered that management activities are originally towards the order of Apriori value. Based on the order of organizational values, management behaviors are inevitably towards the divine value, the highest value in the field of Sollen.Furthermore, the feasibility of WUwei management demonstrated by harmony with Tao in an organization is verified through the meaning of Tao, DE, and WUwei in the traditional classic, combined with the order of the organization values.

The Effect of Board Professional Background on TMT Diversity
WU Yue,CUI Xun
In the study, we address the question of whether board professional background diversity will increase the preference of TMT diversity or decrease the preference. Drawing on Attribution Theory, Social Classification Theory on board, this study posits a contingent model arguing that with a high level of background diversity, the board will influence the degree of TMT diversity in terms of professional background. In addition, CEO power would negatively moderate the effect above. Hypotheses are tested by analyzing TMT diversity in a sample of Chinese listed firms between 2006 and 2015. The regression results show that board professional background diversity is significantly positive related to TMT professional background diversity. Furthermore, CEO tenure and CEO elite educational background would negatively moderate the link above, while ownership power has no significant effects on the relationship.

Research on the Organization Structure, Operation Mechanism and Operation Mode for the Internet Era
ZHEN Zhan,XU Xusong,ZHAO Wei,MA Haichao,CHEN Da
By applying the theory of the Big Organization and the theories as well as methods of the Complexity Science Management(CSM), this paper studied the characteristics and organization mode of the Internet era. It points out that the Internet era has the characteristics of big data, big connection and big cooperation, and there are four changes to traditional organizations: the resource view centered on collaboration breaks the traditional closed view of resource, the organization-environment value system of the big organizations breaks the traditional organization-individual value system, the nonlinear thinking mode breaks the traditional linear thinking mode of the traditional organization, and the relationship management mode breaks the traditional centralized management mode. The organizational innovation in the internet era, including innovation of organizational structure-networked organizational structure without boundaries, innovation of organization operation mechanism-the self-running operation mechanism, and innovation of organization operation mode-the “clustering” operation mode was put forward.

The Mechanisms of Ethical Leadership on Employees’ Helping Behavior:A Study Based on Social Cognition Theory
ZHONG Hao,TIAN Qing,BAI Jingyi
A growing number of studies showed that ethical leadership has a positive impact on employees’ ethical behavior. However, it remains to be discussed whether ethical leadership influences employees’ helping behavior. In order to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and employees’ helping behavior, this study examined the mediating mechanisms of other-focused ethical climate and moral identity by adopting social cognition theory. From a sample of self-reported 285 employees from 15 corporations in Macau, it was found that ethical leadership can shape employees’ moral identity through creating other-focused ethical climate and further stimulate their helping behavior in the environment of chinese organization.

The Multiple Relationship Model and Empirical Research of Institutional Environment, Political Connections, Financing Constraints and R&D Investment
YAN Ruosen,JIANG Xiao
In this study, the institutional environment, political connections, financing constraints and corporate R&D investment are included in the same research framework, thereby a multiple relationship model of the institutional environment, political connections, financing constraints and R&D investment is constructed. Using the A-share private high-tech listed companies during the period 2012~2015 as samples, a series of empirical studies are conducted. The research results show that: ①The financing constraints are negatively related to the R&D investment; the higher the degree of financing constraints, the lower the R&D investment of the company. ②The political connections are positively related to the R&D investment of the company; In other words, the political connections have a positive effect on the R&D investment of the company. ③The political connections are negatively related to financing constraints; Political connections can help mitigate the financing constraints to enterprises. ④The political connections can positively moderate the negative relationship between financing constraints and corporate R&D investment. ⑤With the improvement of the institutional environment, the mitigative effect of political connections on financing constraints will no longer be significant, and the moderating effect of political connections on the relationship between financing constraints and corporate R&D investment will also be weakened.

The Impact of Regional Innovation on Carbon Pressure Level under Environmental Regulation
MA Xin,XUE Tiantian,WAQAS ALI,WANG Jidong
Taking the regional panel data of China from 2000 to 2015as samples, the carbon pressure levels of different regions are calculated and overall characteristics are analyzed. The theoretical framework of regional innovation, environmental regulation and carbon pressure level are discussed. Using the global factor analysis method, the regional innovation abilities are decomposed from three dimensions: technological innovation, industrial innovation and institutional innovation. The panel threshold model is used to empirically investigate the regional innovation effect on carbon pressure level. The results indicate that China’s carbon pressure levels change from surplus to overload and there are great differences among regions; the growth rate of carbon sequestration lags behind the increase in carbon pressure levels; environmental regulation has a threshold effect on regional innovation; within a certain threshold range, regional innovation has positive effect on the improvement of carbon pressure level, that is, the “Potter hypothesis” is conditional; and regional heterogeneity has different effects on the change of carbon pressure level, which suggests the implementation of differentiated regional environmental regulation policies will contribute to guide innovation, hence to achieve low carbon transition and reduce social welfare losses.

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Customer Participation on Employees’ Innovation Willingness
LIU Dewen,GAO Weihe
Based on conservation of resource theory and role theory, this study discusses the influence mechanism of customer participation on employees’ innovation willingness. This study analyzes the questionnaires of 338 employees in the high-tech manufacturing industry and finds the following conclusions. Customer participation has a positive/negative impact on workload/organizational identification, and workload/organizational identification has a negative/positive impact on employees’ innovation willingness. Customer participation’s impact on employees’ innovation willingness is mediated by workload and organizational identification. Perceived organizational support can weaken the impact of customer participation on workload and organizational identification, and moderate the mediating role of workloads and organizational identification in the relationship of customer participation and employees’ innovation willingness. In addition, compared with low-level customer participation, high-level customer participation has a greater inhibitory effect on employees’ innovation willingness.

A Dual Mechanism Effect of Interpersonal Relationship on Store Patronage Intention in Rural Retailing Environment
LI Kun,LI Yanjun,CHEN Tong
The current study builds a dual influencing path model to explore the effect of the interpersonal relationship between villagers and retailer on store patronage intention in rural retailing environment, using data from a survey of 328 questionnaires from Henan and Shandong province. The results suggest that the interpersonal relationship between villagers and retailer has a positive effect on retailer trust which in turn has a positive effect on store patronage intention, and the interpersonal relationship also has a positive effect on upward social comparison intention which in turn decrease store patronage intention. In addition, we find out the function boundary of this dual mechanism model compared with search goods, when villagers purchasing experience goods, the mediating role of the trust is stronger; compared with experience goods, when villagers purchasing search goods, the mediating role of villagers’ upward social comparison is stronger. What’s more, reciprocal belief could undermine the negative effect of upward social comparison on store patronage intention.

The Study of the Effect of Consumers Affinity on the Spread of Product Word of Mouth and Negative Information Resistance
HE Aizhong,GAO Jie
Based on social identity theory and emotional attachment theory, this study takes Consumer Xenocentrism as a moderator variable to investigate the impact of consumer affinity on positive word-of-mouth and negative information resistance from the perspective of product emotion and evaluation. The questionnaire is adopted in this research and it collects 824 valid data from six cities in the eastern, central and western China. This research takes search goods and experience goods as objective respectively. The structural equation model and the Bootstrap method are used to test the model. The results show that: consumers affinity significantly affects the product evaluation and emotion, and product emotion has a positive influence on product evaluation. Tthe product evaluation and emotion are independently and jointly mediate the effect of consumer affinity on positive word-of-mouth and negative information resistance. Consumer Xenocentrism significantly moderates the positive effect of consumer affinity on product emotion and product evaluation. The effect of consumers affinity on the mechanism of product evaluation, product emotion, positive word-of-mouth and negative information resistance does not significantly differ between search goods and experience goods.

Optimal Deployment of Smart Vending Machines Based on Customer Satisfaction under ‘New Retailing’ Scenarios
WANG Mozhu,YAO Jianming
Considering that the existing customer satisfaction measurement is not applicable to the scene selection problem under the new retail situation, a dynamic characterization method of multidimensional satisfaction measurement is constructed. According to the different purchase behavior of customers in different scenarios, the customer satisfaction is described with the dynamic characterization method, and it is introduced to the optimization goals. The model of smart vending machine optimal deployment considering customer dynamic satisfaction under the new retail situation is established, and the ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the problem. The feasibility, effectiveness, and operability of the decision model are verified by an example. This study demonstrates that the dynamic multidimensional satisfaction measurement is suitable for the optimization of smart vending machine deployment in different scenarios under the new retail situation, and the algorithm is robust in solving the multi-objective optimization problem of the smart vending machine under the new retail model.
