After literature review, we divide communication into four aspects, and then put forward the model and the hypothesis about communication and trust. We prove the model and hypothesis with statistics method after the data collection from superiors and their subordinates in organizations in China. The study gives some suggestions about how to build and maintain subordinates’ trust in leadership, and puts forward the direction of further research.
