学术活动组织体系的演变对实践导向管理研究的启示

摘要

学术活动的组织体系经历了漫长的演变，不同的时代呈现不同的特点。考察学术活动组织体系的演变及其特点，运用组织理论的成果分析学术组织体系的内在机制，得到对于实践导向管理研究的启示。

Abstract：

The organizational system of academic activity has grown through a long historical evolution, and has displayed dynamic characteristics in different times. This paper analyzes the underlying mechanisms within the system of academic organization based on the advance of organizational theory, and investagates the enlightening implications to the practice-oriented Chinese management studies.
