This article is written and signed by some domestic scholars. It argues that the study of management sciences should face the practice. This paper reflects the problems of management sciences development based on the bewilderment of the readers, students, scholars, authorities, reviewers, and puts forward that management sciences should be based upon the rethinking of the nature of management, get back from its alienation, and strengthen the study of management practice. By doing this, we can extract genuine theories of management sciences which can guide the practice and contribute the construction of the Chinese management sciences system. Finally, it proposes ten aspects and breakthrough point of management sciences development in the future.
