Psychological contract research has drawn evergrowing enormous attention in management research and practice. In this study, the construct of psychological contract is developed and validated in two different samples with the total number of 842. Results of exploratory factor analysis conducted with 645 samples show that psychological contract is constructed by 2 dimensions of both organization and employee levels. Multimodel comparison of confirmatory factor analysis shows that the 2-level 2-demension model is stable and well fitted.
