Based on the concepts and assumptions of HeXie Management Theory, the fundamental functions, research framework and hypotheses of this theory were provided. HeXie management research would begin with the characteristics of the environment, organization and leadership, emphasizing the identification of HeXie Theme, He and Xie Principles and their coupling under HeXie Theme. The theoretical and empirical researches into HeXie Theme, He and Xie Principles, and their coupling model were introduced. The future studies of the applied methods and technologies of HeXie Management Theory were also look forward.
