Some scholar put forward that the Chinese real estate need the Classifying macro-control because unequilibrium development of the Chinese Real Estate and the poor effect of the current macro-policies. The literature of real estate clustering research was analyzed and Real Estate Macro-control index were constructed according to supply-demand equilibrium and configuration equilibrium. Chinese real estate was divided into six clusters by clustering research. Some conditions for Chinese real estate classifying macro-control are also proposed.
