A Logistic model is proposed to adjust and optimize the energy resources structure in our western area reasonably and scientifically. The economic growth coefficient and the largest shortfall of coal demand were predicted and estimated by the estimation method for statistical test. The changes in the consumption of petroleum and gas on the impact of coal were considered. The development trend of the energy structure in the next 20 years was analyzed by the data of China's statistical annual in 2007quantitatively. The related measures are also proposed.
