On the basis of survey of the study on indicator system of knowledge management performance evaluation, this paper aims to point out that the evaluation of knowledge management performance should be based on both the process and result, and further to provide a set of practical indicator system of the knowledge management performance evaluation. In addition, the paper is an attempt to apply fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of knowledge management performance. The last part of this paper is devoted to the analysis method for the evaluation result, thus creating a Process-Result Analysis Matrix.
