Based on the bibliometrics of articles of Chinese Journal of Management from 2004 to 2009, we list the highest profile authors and institutions, analyse the collaborative relationship between them, and visualize the co-word map of the hotest keywords. The citation analysis is also conducted. in which the highly cited papers are listed and the citing half-life is calculated. The result showed the operation principle and speciality of Chinese Journal of Management, and give some suggestion for its future development.
