Born Globe is a peculiar phenomenon in enterprise internationalization process. The scholars explain the phenomenon of Born Globe with different theories and methods, and propose the research model. On the basis of literature, this paper researches the relations between international entrepreneurial orientation and performance on the mediation role of product strategy using the Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the data of 281 Born Globes in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces,and confirms the theory hypothesis this research proposed. Finally, the paper discusses the confirmation results.
