The paper reviews counterproductive work behavior through the following three aspects: the concept system which counterproductive work behavior belongs to in organizational behavior, the dimension and category of counterproductive work behavior and the research paradigm of counterproductive work behavior. Furthermore, the paper prospects three future research directions in this field, which are local studies on counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior targeted to customer and group counterproductive work behavior.
