Abstract:By integrating social network embedding theory and human capital theory, this study analyzes the influence of management talent and technical talent flow among enterprises on the strategic flexibility of enterprises. Empirical analysis using LinkedIn’s online resume and listed company news data shows that: (1) Enterprises occupying the central position and structural hole position in the management and technical human capital social network will help to improve their resource flexibility and coordination flexibility; (2) The centrality interaction between the management network and the technology network helps to improve the flexibility of enterprise resources and coordination flexibility, while the interaction of their structure holes only helps to improve the coordination flexibility of enterprises at a significant level of 10%. This shows that the centrality interaction of dual networks has a complementary effect on strategic flexibility, while the complementary effect of structural hole interaction on strategic flexibility is not obvious.
