Abstract:Based on 87 independent studies between 2007 and 2018, this study describes the subject characteristics from three aspects: unilateral organizational capability, bilateral relationship, and third-party government funding, and applies Meta-analysis technology to systematically tease and examine the relationships between the subject factors and cooperative innovation performance from multiple perspectives, also tests the regulatory role of regional environment and policy environment. The results show that: Bilateral relationship has the strongest positive impact on cooperative innovation performance, unilateral organizational capacity is second, and third-party government funding is the weakest; there is no significant difference in the influence of subjective factors on the explicit/implicit performance of cooperative innovation; in addition, the regional environment plays a positive role in unilateral organizational capacity, bilateral cooperation, and cooperative innovation performance, while the policy environment has significantly negatively adjusted the relationship between third-party government funding and cooperative innovation performance.
