The thinking mode and behavior pattern have a typical feature of ambiguity which are based on the dislocation structure that means what you mean, what you say, what you do are all inconsistent in Chinese complex culture. The ambiguous culture and ambiguous rules have controlled the organization’s expression pattern that is the consistency of knowing and doing and the same outside and inside and dominated interests orientation and action of the informal organization. Obviously, it is valuable and necessary to study Chinese management contextualization. The article argues the embedding mechanism is to establish a compatible equilibrium structure between trust relationship and ambiguous relationship under the relationship of the crossculture and crosscontext.
