Using the method of reviewing and questionnaire to collect the items, using interview to collect data, and using exploratory factor analysis and variance analysis for data processing, the paper makes a empirical study on the Structure of Workplace Incivility in China. The results indicate that: (1) the structure of workplace incivility is consisted of exclusionary behavior, gossiping, hostility, privacy invasion and abuse of power; (2) there are significant differences in some structures of workplace incivility in different gender, age, occupation and education.
