Corporate culture is the driving force of knowledge management of an organization. The corporate cultures of knowledge-supportive and knowledge-sharing will have positive effects on the knowledge management of an organization, while the pyramid-shaped corporate culture will have negative effects on it. The leadership styles not only influence the organizational knowledge management directly, but also influence it indirectly by affecting the formation and contents of corporate culture. The investigation shows that the leadership styles play an important role in building a knowledge-supportive corporate culture in an organization and we should encourage and support the leaders of knowledge management to have more expert rights, and recommend the participative management style. The leaders' supportive behaviour will contribute to the formation and development of supportive corporate culture and be helpful to the knowledge management activities of an organization.
