To explore the relationship between the transformational leadership and the employees' commitment to organizational change (OC) is very important for organizations to adapt to the change from the inside and the outside. This paper studies the above relationship based on 360 questionnaires from 25 technologybased enterprises in mainland China. The data from 301 useful questionnaires is selected and analyzed. We find that the transformational leadership has a positive effect on the process of OC and the employees' commitment to OC; the process of OC plays a intermediary role in the relationship between the transformational leadership and the employees' commitment to OC. Summarily, the transformational leadership is an effective style during the process of OC.
