Abstract: Objective To search and summarize the evidence of dietary management of patients with Crohn's disease, and to provide reference for clinical medical staff to formulate dietary plan and for patients to improve self-management ability. Methods We searched databases including Up to Date, NICE, CMT, JBI Library, American College of Gastroenterology, European Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, European Crohn's and Colitis Organization, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP from the inception to February 28, 2021. Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included literature, extracted and integrated the evidence. Results Nine articles were found, including 2 clinical decisions, 4 guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 1 meta-analysis and 1 expert consensus. A total of 21 pieces of best evidences were summarized into 4 themes: diet pattern, lifestyle management, nutrition assessment, prevention and treatment and common misunderstanding in diet. Conclusion Medical staff should combine patients' willingness , ability and clinical conditions to carry out an appropriate diet guidance for patients with Crohn's disease, so as to reduce disease symptoms, the incidence of complications, recurrence rate, re-hospitalization rate, and improve their life experience, and the sense of happiness, and help patients return to the society as soon as possible.
